gst appeal can be filed online via apl 01 which has to be attached after typing in word (this word file is to be downloaded from gst site) you need to pay 10% of disputed amount. the grounds, statement of facts and prayer.-->this is main thing. u need to file in 90 days from date of order. regards, ca kunjan, 9222 9222 92
