The last date of filing the ST-3 return for the period October' 13 to March' 14 was 25th April, 2014. However, assesses who have not filed their ST-3 returns for the said period or for the previous periods, by the due date, are requested to file it, after paying late fee payable under Rule 7C of Service Tax Rules, 1994 by using online version or offline versions which can be downloaded fromhttp://acesdownload.nic.in/ or from 'DOWNLOADS' Section of ACES website( https://www.aces.gov.in/ ).
