Steps for New private limited company in India with authorized capital 1 lakh and 2 directors

Step 1 – Email us below for din and digital signature

Email us below scanned copies/details for all the Directors) Generally, for points 1 & 2 below, passport is sufficient.

1.     Xerox copy of any one - Passport, Driving license , PAN Card , Voter’s Identity Card for ID proof
2.      Xerox copy of any one - Passport, Driving license , PAN Card , Voter’s Identity Card, light bill, telephone bill, ration card or bank statement (with attestation) for address proof.

3.     Email us signed letter (format will be emailed to you) for each director.

4.     1 recent Passport size photograph of each director via email

5.     Phone No.  &  E-mail ID of each director

6.     Father’s Full name of each director

7.     Current Residential Address & Permanent& current Address of each director

8.     Place of Birth of each director

(Note- Each paper stated above in points 1, 2 and 3 for signs done outside india (i.e. by foreign based proposed directors ) have to be attested by Indian embassy or by notary public with apostile.   )

Step 2 Apply for name of company via Form 1A

Following are basic details required for this step:(to be email to us)

1.     Name of the Applicant.

2.     Name of Promoters & Directors of the Co.

3.     Proposed names of the Co in order of preference.(Maximum 5 names)

4.     Main objects & incidental objects in own words of the company

5.     Whether the proposed name is based on a registered trade mark or is very similar to an existing company name / business group (like TATA etc.) or is the subject matter if yes, furnish particulars of trade mark or application

6.     Small write up being significance of proposed name (why you want proposed name)

7.     State and City of company’s registered office in India.

Step 3 File MOA and AOA (via form 1,18 and 32)

Following are basic details required for this step(to be emailed to us )

1. Address of registered office of company in india. (if you dont have an office in India, we can provide you the same, for terms as agreed )
2. We will Email you MOA and AOA draft which you approve, sign and attest your subscriber’s signs. If subscribers sign outside India, attestation is to be by notary public with apostille or Indian embassy. If they sign while in India, no need of attestation.
3. You have to email us or courier us the MOA and AOA duly signed & attested as above.
